All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical.
Papers in all areas related to communication engineering and cloud computing are invited for submission.
CECCC 2026 has set up several awards to honor outstanding research contributions. Awardees will be granted certificates along with exquisite prizes.

The 2026 8th International Conference on Communication Engineering and Cloud Computing (CECCC 2026) will be held in Barcelona, Spain, from November 18-20, 2026. Sponsored by University of Cantabria, Spain, the conference aims to bring together experts to share scientific insights, foster collaboration, and advance the fields through fundamental and applied research.
Communication Engineering and Cloud Computing are rapidly evolving fields driving innovation and new research opportunities. Communication Engineering focuses on designing systems for seamless data transmission, while Cloud Computing provides on-demand computing resources over the internet. Their integration has led to technologies like SDN, NFV, and Fog Computing, enhancing communication system performance and scalability.

All submitted papers will undergo rigorous peer review, and accepted papers of CECCC 2026 will be published by Conference Proceedings, and submitted for inclusion in major database after conference.

Full Paper Submission
Manuscripts should be prepared in two-column format and be between 4–6 pages. All submissions must be written in English and adhere to the formatting instructions provided in the Manuscript Formatting and Templates.Abstract Submission
For those papers do not want to be published but presenting and discussing at the conference, you can submit an abstract first, for presentation only. Your abstract will not be published but only included in the conference program book.Please note that all times are UTC/GMT +1. (Spain Standard Time)
